Welcome to Wipes4U. Because our products are hygiene-related, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Final Sale (No Returns)
Due to the personal nature of our products (wipes and hygiene essentials), all sales are final. Once a product has been sold and dispatched, we cannot accept returns or take the product back. This ensures that every customer receives a product that is 100% sterile and has never been handled outside of our facility.
2. Exceptions & Quality Concerns
We only offer compensation in the following specific cases:

Wrong Product Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.

Product Defects: There is a verifiable manufacturing or quality issue.
Note: All claims are strictly subject to approval by the Wipes4U team. We reserve the right to deny any claim if the product shows signs of use or if the issue is reported after the deadline.
3. Refund Method: Store Credit Coupons
Please note that we do not provide cash or bank refunds. If your complaint is approved after a successful verification of the issue:

We will issue a Discount Coupon equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

The coupon will be sent to your registered email address.

Validity: The coupon is for one-time use only and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After 6 months, the coupon will expire and cannot be renewed.
4. How to File a Complaint
For any complaints regarding product quality or mistakes from our end, you must contact us immediately:

Required Evidence: You must include your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
