All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders reach our customers within 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Variability: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary based on your location and the performance of our third-party delivery partners (courier services).

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to extreme weather, holiday surges, or logistical issues within the courier network.

3. Shipping Charges

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out a second time.
